Kathy has enjoyed working in the advertising, sales and marketing field in a variety of industries which has helped in her continued success as a realtor. She excels in educating and assisting first time home buyers and has extensive experience helping transferees buy and sell homes. Kathy uses her invaluable sales and marketing experience for her listings as well as when assisting Adrienne and Aaron. She also facilitates the leasing and management of rental properties.

Armed with a marketing degree from the University of Memphis, Kathy has enjoyed working in the advertising, sales and marketing field in a variety of industries. She started her career in sales with a national electrical manufacturing company; she then gained invaluable experience with a natural foods grocery store in their marketing department. Kathy thrived in marketing and ad sales with a local bicycling magazine and has spent the last several years successfully managing her own personal training business.

As much as Kathy enjoys challenging work experiences, she is also good at finding playtime. She loves to read, run, bike and golf (which she's just recently become reacquainted with) especially when she can manage to do any of these with her 3 kids and husband.
